TCLIP – Challenge Booklet

TCLIP – Challenge Booklet

The Tri-Cities Local Immigration Partnership (TCLIP) is a non-profit organization funded by Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC). TCLIP prepared a challenge booklet for new immigrant families with young children to participate in every month. This book was created as part of the Tri-Cities Wraparound Model of Care for Mental Health in Immigrant Families Project, funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Each activity page includes a challenge (written in 6 languages) and features a hand-drawn illustration of a diverse family participating in that month’s challenge. Each month is colour-coded based on the month or activity and contains a space for families to include a family photo, which can be submitted to win a prize. This encourages families to capture cherished memories together and strengthen their connection to the community.

The Tri-Cities area is growing and is a great community for new immigrants to Canada. Organizations like TCLIP are working hard to build inclusive communities and promote a positive, enriching experience for everyone building a new life in Canada.
